Short warehouse market overview of Poland
- Poland ranks third place in Europe in terms of leased space after Germany and the Netherlands with the largest amount of leased space. This is influenced by price competitiveness, convenient location and relatively low construction prices.
In the first half of 2019, 600,000 sq m of new warehouse space were put into use, which is 8.1% more than the year before.

- The total volume of warehouses in Poland reaches 16 million sq m, what is an increase of 17% compared to last year.
- Central Poland is the largest potentate of investment areas in terms of warehouses and production halls, accounting for 36% of supply in 2018.
Large-format halls are most often rented by the logistics and distribution industries for such areas as: pharmacy, IT, services and e-commerce.
