Short warehouse market overview of Poland

  • Poland ranks third place in Europe in terms of leased space after Germany and the Netherlands with the largest amount of leased space. This is influenced by price competitiveness, convenient location and relatively low construction prices.
  • In the first half of 2019, 600,000 sq m of new warehouse space were put into use, which is 8.1% more than the year before.
